Tony Norman, Managing Director

Tony, founder of AIM, has been involved throughout his career in airport management was educated at Cranfield, UK, where he qualified with two MSc degrees. He held a number of senior management positions at UK regional Airports, including Birmingham and Teesside, and was Airport Director of Southampton, Exeter and the Isle of Man Airports. He was Marketing Director and Group Senior Airport Director of BAA subsidiary, Airports UK, before becoming Deputy General Manager (Commercial), and subsequently General Manager of Hong Kongs International Airport at Kai Tak, which handled 30 million passengers per annum. As well as MD of AIM, Tony is a director of a Hong Kong based training company and of a business support and marketing company.

John Hepworth, Associate Commercial Director

John Hepworth is highly experienced in commercial management within the airline, car rental and travel industry in the UK and Europe. He has held the positions of Business Development Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing and Sales Manager Europe for three UK Airlines. He has been providing practical sales and marketing consultancy to UK and European airlines since 1993 and before that was Director International Sales for Budget Rent-a-Car covering Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is practised in developing business plans to meet corporate objectives, route evaluation, and has strong selling experience within key corporate accounts, travel buyers and business travel.
